The Lead Recruiter within Technology will partner with direct hiring managers and internal Account Executives to ensure we are consistently placing talent within temporary or full-time roles while keeping a laser focus on quality. This position is a unique opportunity to help drive Nelson Technology’s explosive growth and hire the “best of the best” for some of the hottest Fortune 100 and start-ups across the nation. We expect a deep focus in leveraging relationships from sources such as networking events, social media forums and direct recruiting tactics.
The Sr. Technical Recruiter will be responsible for driving a creative sourcing strategy and implementing consistent processes and reporting.
Ensuring 80-100% coverage across top accounts on a weekly basis.
He/She will partner closely with Technology Leaders, visit clients to learn about resource planning initiatives and be viewed as a trusted and valuable partner.
He/she will also be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for Technology roles and meeting individual hiring targets.
Able to effectively support a requisition load of 15-20 open positions at any given time with proven sourcing skills.
Prepare, present, and negotiate job offers in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company standards to achieve the overall objectives of hiring for the role/s.
Must be able to build collaborative relationships and educate hiring managers on hiring process and interviewing techniques while ensuring fair and consistent employment practices.
Maintain confidentiality of information to ensure integrity of our client’s privacy while providing information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
3+ years experience partnering with and influencing senior technology executives.
Expertise in building sourcing models for strong technologists.
4+ years Technical Recruiting experience with strong track record of meeting and exceeding individual hiring targets while staying focused on quality.
Proven experience establishing credibility and trust with internal and external customers.
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors.
Role will be located in San Francisco Office or other available Bay Area Offices (South Bay, Silicon Valley or East Bay)
Experience mentoring other technical recruiters.

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
