Nelson Staffing is currently seeking a Coordinator II for a temp to hire opportunity with our client in Mountain View, CA.
User Support - Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner to trouble-shoot issues and gather feedback
Vendor Partner Support - Work with our external partners to ensure optimal service delivery
Space and Inventory Coordination - Launch and optimize therapy and fitness spaces, and manage the appropriate equipment and supplies
Schedule Management - Coordinate programs’ service schedules across multiple employees and offices
Special projects as needed - Support program managers with operational needs and goals
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn and use Google tools and technology
Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Motivated self-starter who can work equally well independently and as part of a team
Background/interest in wellness or hospitality a plus
