Nelson is searching for Customer Service Specialists to service a variety of client accounts in San Marcos, CA. We are looking for self-motivated, dependable, and professional Customer Service Specialists to provide friendly and professional customer service. Successful candidates will have strong telephone communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
· Ability to follow oral and written directions and read off of a script
· Intermediate computer and typing skills
· 1 or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
· Bilingual is a plus
· Prior Call Center experience
· Strong negotiation skills
· Experience with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
· All candidates are required to pass a background check
Schedule: 3 Shifts available between Monday-Thursday, 6:00am – 6:00pm, Friday 6:00am – 3:00 pm, and an occasional Saturday
Job Status: Long Term, Temporary
Location: San Marcos
Pay: $10/hr to start; $11/hr after 90 days
