Nelson is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a busy client in San Diego to help keep their office in order. Responsibilities include inputting new clients, scheduling appointments, follow up calls, typing up invoices, keeping track of receipts, filing, data entry, and other various clerical tasks.
- Experience with data entry, typing (40+wpm), filing, copy/fax machines
- Receptionist duties: answering phones, greeting customers
- Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Customer service oriented with a great attitude
- High attention to detail, organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Must be able to pass a background check
